Domaine Matrot Effronte Moelleux 2019 ill-villaggio The Muscadet "Granit" has graniteDessert wine made from Aligot off vines with an average age of 20 years picked during sunny late autumn weather. Entire grapes pressed in a pneumatic press before fermentation with indigenous yeasts at temperature controlled between 5 and 8C. Fermentation lasts for 15 to 20 weeks, and is followed by maturation in barrels for nine months. No malolactic fermentation. Lightly filtered before bottling. Domaine Matrot
