These (denazified) awards were issued by the Federal Republic of Germany in 1957 for Veterans wear (as WWII awards were not allowed for wear) and awarded only to the German Veterans entitled to such awards during the War
The inside comes complete with its original nine-panel leather liner

Rothe, Wien (marked on ring), typical WWI period award, 29mmx56mm, of good quality manufacture, with original German style straight ribbon, in very fine condition.
