One for a Customs Service Decoration, constructed of off white paper stock with black ink, named to Rohda as a Bezirkskommissar and resident of Neukirchen, issued in Berlin on 1 September 1941, certified by the facsimile signature of President Otto Meissner, measuring 21 cm (w) x 30 cm (h), in extremely
