A Wound Badge In Black Document To Female Flak Helper, 1944 Newly Listed After one yearThe Wound Badge in Black certificate is named to Meta Hofschulz, Ehefrau (wife), for being wounded during an air raid on 30 March 1943. Dated to Berlin Dahlem on 24 June 1944, carrying a facsimile signature of Flak General Gerhard Hoffmann (1887 1969), a recipient of the German Cross in Gold. Measuring 147 mm (w) x 208 mm (h), presenting a folding crease and light creasing of the edges, remains extremely fine.
